Location: Costa Rica / Perú / México / Guatemala

The marketing team uses integrated marketing strategies to reach key stakeholders and influencers working across all areas of research and clinical in the life science market. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support digital marketing initiatives across both areas.


  • Supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns to include, but are not limited to, email marketing, Demandbase (ABM), display advertising, content syndication, SEM, and LinkedIn (and other social media channels; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Manages Lead upload to SFDC
  • Coordinates digital creative briefs with marketing and agency partners.
  • Works with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Web, IT, social media, SEM) to develop digital and video campaign assets.
  • Supports social media campaigns with the development of organic content and ideas.
  • Reports on monthly performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing operational automation (JIRA, Workfront, Showpad, Demandbase, Eloqua, SFDC) to set-up, schedule, and execute campaigns.
  • Supports new product launches through the execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Reviews and proofs new content supported by internal and external resources to be used for website, email campaigns, trade shows, online ads, etc.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with all levels of the organization and team members with varying levels of digital expertise to accomplish goals and drive digital marketing initiatives.


  • 2-4 years of corporate experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Digital marketing expertise in executing successful lead generation and awareness campaigns through ABM, demand generation, and nurture tactics.
  • Ability to track and maintain reporting of campaign activity and maintain marketing dashboards.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to implement website content updates.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools: Eloqua, DemandBase, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent working experience)
