This role will support the Vice President, Change Operations and the project delivery teams in monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints to deliver business value to the organization.  This role will also provide administrative support to the Vice President of Change, Operations and their direct reports.  Support will include complex calendar management, resource scheduling, processing expenses and booking travel.

As Project Coordinator

  • People
    • Provide support to Project Managers in monitoring project variables and constraints.
  • Process
    • Maintain project documentations such as risks, issues, change requests, etc.
    • Analyze project metrics to proactively identify potential delivery roadblocks.
    • Enable status reporting processes and up/downstream communications.
  • Technology
    • Track project artifacts using a central PPM solution in SharePoint and MS Project Server.
    • Maintain project documentation and analysis using the Microsoft suite of technologies.

As Administrative/ Executive Support

Full Administrative support for the Vice President, Change Operations, with the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Manage extensive and complex calendar, including meeting planning across multiple time zones, and preparation of meeting logistics.
  • Manage/approve travel reservations (domestic and international), in accordance with the T&E policy.
  • Process and approve expense reports in accordance with the T&E Policy, on behalf of the executive.
  • Provide administrative support to the Change Leadership Team.

Other administrative duties as assigned.


  • General
    • Highly analytical and process-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
    • 1-2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Manager, or equivalent experience.
  • Soft Skills
    • Highly organized, proactive, delivery focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
    • Strong self-motivation with a positive attitude.
  • Technical
    • Advanced knowledge of Outlook
    • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-3pm.
