The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of staffing support for local and US projects within our client’s company.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand the technical profiles (software development, quality assurance, technical support, etc), and their values on the market to provide estimations about completion time and costs for open requisitions.
  • Get new candidates using professional networks and social media to fill open requisitions and nourish the recruiting database.
  • Interview and analyze candidate’s profiles according to client’s requirements.
  • Assist on calibration calls, and recruiting-related activities coordination with the clients if needed.
  • Participate in meetings with management to define results and process improvement inputs.
  • Provide reports of general HR and recruitment activities.
  • Manage internal communication with the collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition for tech positions.
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions is a must.
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible and work committed.
