Role Purpose:

  • Contributes insights to the development of our media strategies for audiences across all funnel
  • Working with digital audience strategy leads and in partnership with our digital agency, help execute global digital marketing advertising campaigns across various platforms and publishers to drive brand awareness, engage prospects, and close business.
  • Collaborate with audience strategy leads on creative assets for development, review, QA and deliver all assets to agency for trafficking.
  • Recommends opportunities to optimize the customer experience – including test and learn plans and analyzes historical performance to drive continuous improvement across all stages of the customer journey within paid media
  • Regularly analyzes and shares out performance insights designed to increase campaign performance.
  • Develops T&L calendars and planning to increase INF BI for audience behaviors, attitudes, and tendencies to gain any fresh insights and to inform future scalable best practices.
  • Maintains media calendars for product campaigns to ensure plans are scheduled and lead time for creative asset development is built in.
  • Maintains budgets, ensures the execution of IOs, POs and Invoices are processed on time.
  • Manage and coordinate all email campaigns including dates, ordering lists, adding lists to Eloqua etc.
  • Ensures all creative and other materials (such as email proofs, social media posts) are reviewed for final approval


  • Jira ticket creation
  • Creates all campaigns in Salesforce and manages Lead uploads to SFDC
  • Enter tickets into Workfront
  • Keeps OneDrive folders marketing SharePoint calendar and files up to date
  • Adding/deleting items from Showpad
  • Sets up GoToWebinar, email, pre-& post event customer emails, etc
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve broken links, errors, etc., on
  • Do initial selection of images for emails, collateral materials, etc.
  • Attend Demandbase meetings and pulls all Demandbase metrics reports
  • Research of audiences for Demandbase/Upload & maintain Demandbase audiences
  • Create SurveyMonkey surveys
  • Work with list vendors on purchasing names
  • Work with other vendors (media) to ensure we stay on schedule with deliverables and that our deliverables meet the publisher’s specifications
  • Updates of Spotfire dashboards for campaign and other marketing reporting as needed.
  • Manage digital and video campaign asset development process across campaigns
  • Report on monthly digital marketing campaign performance (pull reports)
  • Ensure campaign landing page tags are utilized for each campaign
  • Upload leads we get from TIBCO for Spotfire (entry into SFDC in an immediate fashion)
  • Sales insights management & communication to sales
