MID / SENIOR UX DESIGNER

Project Area: Finance

• Conduct user research and testing.
• Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
• Collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
• Refactor the look and feel of our current applications based on requirements.
• Propose changes and new design ideas for our UI/UX based on previous experiences.
• Interact with our development team to understand the basic functionality and limitations of our applications.
• Evaluate the workflow of our web applications to determine minor changes necessary to improve the user experience.
• Present and discuss ideas to client facing team members.

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in UX/UI design of consumer facing web applications.
• Experience designing cross-browser and cross-device responsive web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English is a must.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
