ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Purpose:

Project Area: Life Sciences, services for the pharmaceutical industry

Help with the Order Entry process of software licenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; updating account information when recognized as incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Resolving discrepancies, such as order/invoice errors by using standard procedures.
  • Data entry of customer details.
  • General office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Sales order data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of order processes, including invoicing, returns, and credits.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business issues.
  • Demonstrated ability with computers and customer service techniques.
  • Demonstrated Team skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Position will report to Senior Operations analyst
  • Status reporting to track priorities and time as well as weekly and monthly statistical reports.
  • Deliverable quality, manager and customer feedback will be evaluated
  • Training and Orientation
  • Training to be face to face, remote, self-instruction, or as guided contribution to project deliverables for familiarization with software solutions and processes
