Key Responsibilities:

Full Administrative support for assigned executive, with the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Manage extensive and complex calendar, including meeting planning across multiple time zones, and preparation of meeting logistics
  • Manage travel reservations for the executive (domestic and international)
  • In accordance to client ‘s policies, pre-approve expense reimbursements, and travel requests on behalf of the executive

Person Specification:

  • Prior management experience a must
  • Polished administrator with professional maturity and 5-10 years of previous corporate environment experience required
  • Maintain a poised attitude under pressure with ability to remain agile through changing priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite– especially a mastery of Outlook
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical
  • Ability to establish a high degree of trust and credibility with others, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
