It’s never advisable to assign any one team member with a dozen or so projects at a time. Instead, limit the number to about two or three at maximum to avoid the very real possibility of employee burnout.
Promote Project Visibility
Working with remote teams can quickly become disorganized. The lack of proximity can affect project visibility. As project manager, you need to ensure that project visibility is maintained throughout the period of development.
In order to achieve this, you can utilize project management software that’s easy to access and provides a central location for the project. The complete team should be able to access it whenever it needs to. Have your team provide regular updates on this shared space. This will improve communication and collaboration. Whenever any information or documents need to be shared, they’ll be visible to all your teams in their various locations.
